Gil Medrano has been working in the HVAC industry since 1987 — more than 35 years of hands-on experience that spans technical training, business management, and sales. Long before he opened All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning, Gil was building the deep expertise that would eventually define the company's reputation across Vacaville, CA and the surrounding areas.
Outside the office, Gil is a proud family man. He loves spending time with his five wonderful children and granddaughter — the same values of care, reliability, and commitment that guide his family life are reflected in every service call All Weather takes on.
